DSI® founded by Michael J. McGraw.
1980s
Joined IBM's Marketing Assistance Program.
1989
Became a direct seller of IBM midrange products.
1991
Selected by JD Edwards to develop a data collection system with integration to its enterprise software, leading to the development of DSI’s dcLINK® product suite.
1996
Opened Data Systems International (North America) in Canada.
Introduced limited-edition, collectable DSI Bears given away at major conferences.
1997
Became an IBM Premier Business Partner, a distinction it continues to hold.
1999
Opened Data Systems International Asia Pacific in Australia.
2001
Received SAP certification of dcLINK with the SAP Mobile Data Entry interface.
Launched SalesLINK™ Mobile Sales Order Management module for dcLINK.
Acquired Tri-Tech, Inc.
Opened Data Systems International EMEA in the United Kingdom.
2003
Introduced dcLINK ASSETTrac™ solution packages.
Developed dcLINK standard interfaces for PeopleSoft Enterprise.
Released FSLink Mobile Field Service module for dcLINK.
2004
Introduced dcLINK RFIDActivator™.
Launched dcLINK MOBILEApps™ for mobile sales, field service, mobile inventory and proof of delivery.

Validated and released dcLINK standard interfaces for Oracle E-Business Suite applications.
Announced partnership with S&I Technologies (China) Co., Ltd. to resell and implement dcLINK in China.

Selected by Lawson Software as Lawson M3 worldwide partner for RFID, barcode, and mobile data collection.
2007
Established dedicated consulting practice implementation of Oracle’s Warehouse Management Systems and Mobile Supply Chain Applications.
Hosted first client conference, ON’07.
