Michael J. McGraw, Founder & Chairman


DSI Executives: Michael J. McGraw, Founder & Chairman

Michael J. McGraw is Founder & Chairman of DSI. Under his leadership, DSI developed dcLINK®, its flagship product and one of the most comprehensive enterprise mobility platforms available. A long-time entrepreneur, Mr. McGraw has started and managed several successful businesses and has also served on the boards of multiple financial institutions. Mr. McGraw is a strong advocate of corporate community and makes significant contributions to philanthropic organizations in the Kansas City area, giving back to the community that helped foster his business successes. Today, Mr. McGraw remains active with board level matters at DSI and with its corporate aviation activities.

DSI Executives: Matt McGraw, President & CEO

Matt McGraw is the President & CEO of DSI. Since his appointment as President in 2008 and CEO in 2010, he has been the visionary behind broadening DSI’s global presence and expanding its portfolio of enterprise mobility solutions. Mr. McGraw has more than 20 years of experience in the enterprise software industry. He began his career in sales with DSI and was later employed by JD Edwards, where he held multiple implementation and consulting positions. He rejoined DSI in 1999 and has served the company as a Consultant, Regional Vice President, Vice President of Services, and Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Mr. McGraw is a business graduate of Southwest Baptist University.

Mark Baldwin, Chief Financial Officer & General Counsel


DSI Executives: Mark Baldwin, Chief Financial Officer & General Counsel

Mark Baldwin is the Chief Financial Officer & General Counsel for DSI. He has more than 25 years of diverse legal, financial and management experience with both public and private companies. Mr. Baldwin has a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, structured financing and corporate law. He joined DSI in 2000 and oversees DSI’s Legal, IT, Accounting, and Administrative Operations around the globe. Mr. Baldwin earned a bachelor's degree from North Dakota State University, a JD degree from Hamline University School of Law, an LL.M. from the University of Arkansas School of Law, and an Executive MBA from Rockhurst University.

Latecia Mills, Vice President, Global Services


DSI Executives: Latecia Mills, Vice President, Global Services

Latecia Mills is the Vice President of Global Services for DSI. Ms. Mills is responsible for DSI’s implementation and consulting services worldwide. Since joining DSI in 1990, she has held several positions, including Vice President of Marketing and Product Management, where she orchestrated product strategy for DSI’s software product portfolio, and Vice President of Client Services, Americas. A graduate of Saint Mary College, Ms. Mills has nearly 30 years of business and technology experience, including more than 20 years with enterprise systems and supply chain processes.

 

Mark Goode, Vice President, Sales


DSI Executives: Mark Goode, Vice President, Sales

Mark Goode is the Vice President of Sales, Americas for DSI. Mr. Goode has accumulated more than 25 years of industry experience in CRM, SCM, ERP and mobility software sales. Prior to joining DSI, Mark managed Global Accounts for SAP America. Mr. Goode received his degree in economics from Kansas State University.

 

Johann Poppenbeck, Vice President, Product Management


DSI Executives: Johann Poppenbeck, Vice President, Product Management

Johann Poppenbeck is the Vice President of Product Management for DSI. In that capacity, he is responsible for the Product Lifecycle Management of all DSI solutions. Prior to joining DSI, Mr. Poppenbeck served as Vice President of Product Management and Industry & Solution at Mincom. He also held several management positions in a 10-year span at JD Edwards, including Director of EnterpriseOne Product Strategy for Asian Markets, Director of International Product and Industry Marketing, and Senior Industry Marketing Manager of the consumer packaged goods industry. In all, Mr. Poppenbeck has more than 25 years of industry experience.

Cheryl Wood, Vice President, Software Development


DSI Executives: Cheryl Wood, Vice President, Software Development

Cheryl Wood is the Vice President of Software Development for DSI. Ms. Wood leads the product development for DSI’s enterprise mobility solutions product portfolio, including the dcLINK®, Unibar® and MOBILEApps™ product lines. Prior to joining DSI in 2010, she served as Vice President of Technology and Operations at Universal Uclick. A graduate of the University of Missouri, Ms. Wood has nearly 20 years of business and technology experience, including more than 15 years of experience with enterprise systems.

 

Mark Kelly, Vice President, Marketing


DSI Executives: Mark Kelly, Vice President, Marketing

Mark Kelly is the Vice President of Marketing for DSI. He has more than 20 years of experience working in technology firms, from the very small to the Fortune 500. Prior to joining DSI, he spent time with Sprint and CenturyLink with leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Operations. At DSI, Mr. Kelly is responsible for the global marketing and sales operations. Mr. Kelly has degrees in finance and economics from the University of Missouri, as well as an MBA from the University of Kansas.

 

Lyndon Davis, Vice President, Human Resources


DSI Executives: Lyndon Davis, Vice President, Human Resources

Lyndon Davis is the Vice President of Human Resources at DSI. Mr. Davis is responsible for directing all human resource related services and supports DSI’s talent acquisition, compensation and benefits administration, regulatory compliance and employee relations activities worldwide. Before joining DSI in 2005, Mr. Davis worked for Remel Inc. as their head of Training and Development, then as their Vice President of Human Resources. Mr. Davis earned both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in political science from the University of Kansas.
