Regional Vice President – Sales (EMEA)

Location: Reading, Berkshire 


We are seeking a proven performer with substantial sales leadership in the software industry. The rare individual will have outstanding training and development skills, and the ability to inspire their team to greatness.

 

Job Description:

 

The Regional Vice President (RVP) is responsible for developing and executing regional sales and business development strategy while building and managing a team to meet and exceed regional revenue goals.

 

The RVP will be a true strategic seller with a clear understanding of complex selling environments while effectively utilizing both internal and external resources to produce results.

 

In essence, we are looking for that one top achiever with the unique skill set to take our sales capabilities to new heights.

 

Responsibilities:


  • Develop regional sales and marketing strategy to deliver against the company’s total revenue objectives.

  • Successfully build and manage a sales and marketing team to meet and exceed revenue objectives.

  • Establish senior level relationships within key accounts and with our partners.

  • Maintain accurate and timely communication with Vice President of International Operations regarding all relevant pipeline activity.


Qualifications:


  • Successful track record of managing sales teams to deliver a revenue number at or above target.

  • At least 10 years experience selling enterprise software solutions.

  • Successful sales/team management record of selling large software transactions.

  • Proven ability in closing key accounts.

  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communications abilities.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
