The Solution Engineering Director is responsible for the delivery of services and support to the client as well as the day-to-day management of the analytical and content resources delivering these services.

The Solution Engineering Director will work out of Overland Park, KS.

This person will lead a team supporting all pre-sales activities such as presentations, demonstrations, RFPs, and business case development.

More specifically, the Solution Engineering Director will be responsible for solution design and solution pre-sales execution.

Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee "discovery and solution" sales phases and service estimate creation


• Ensure the development of standard demonstrations and pre-sales solutions templates


• Ensure that all Solutions Developers have up-to-date technical skills and awareness of technical solution certifications


• Originates actions to improve existing conditions, processes and communication


• Oversee development of customer-oriented ROI and TCO tools

Required Experience

• Ten (10) plus years of solutions development experience.


• In-depth product demonstration experience.


• Strong presentation skills.


• Proven team leader.


• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication abilities.


• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
