Position Overview
The Android Mobile Application Developer will focus on delivering mobile user interfaces, hardware interoperations and on-device data services.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Java development experience.
- Verifiable track record of developing and releasing Java applications is required.
- 1+ years of development experience on the Android platform preferred.
- Understanding of Android SDK.
- Development and proficiency developing with the Android SDK a plus.
- Demonstrate experience in objective-oriented design and development of applications and systems.
- Experience with Interactive application development, memory management, concurrency and multi-threading.
- Experience in J2ME and Android application performance analysis and training preferred.
- Experience utilizing the Eclipse IDE.
- Ability to push the envelope for performance and reliability.
- Development of user interfaces for mobile devices.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or relevant discipline and experience.
