DSI's dcLINK® Achieves Oracle Validated Integration with Oracle's JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.0

dcLINK's real-time access to enterprise data enables clients to mobilize operations

Overland Park, Kansas — November 10, 2009

Data Systems International® (DSI®), a leading single-source provider of global enterprise mobility solutions and a Certified Advantage Partner in the Oracle® PartnerNetwork, today announced that DSI's dcLINK® 5.0 mobile solution has achieved Oracle Validated Integration with Oracle's JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.0.

DSI's dcLINK completed Oracle Validated Integration as part of the Oracle Application Integration Architecture for Partners initiative, which helps ensure standards-based integration between Oracle enterprise applications and partner solutions. With this announcement, DSI maintains nearly a decade of continuous validations of dcLINK with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.

"For our clients, true enterprise mobility must include updates to enterprise data from wherever their work occurs," said Gary Delancy, Vice President of Development, DSI. "dcLINK's validated integrations are a key enabler of our clients' mobile strategies, giving them the convenience of mobility and the assurance that their application updates conform to Oracle standards."

Companies use dcLINK to eliminate paper-based processes and manual data entry in order to reduce costs and increase visibility in the supply chain; streamline manufacturing and distribution processes; mobilize their workforce; capture employee time, attendance, and labor data; identify, manage, and validate fixed assets; and manage field sales, service, and delivery operations.

About Oracle Application Integration Initiative

Oracle Validated Integration through Oracle PartnerNetwork Application Integration Architecture for Partners initiative gives customers confidence that integrations between Oracle Applications and complementary partner solutions have been validated and the products work together as designed. This can help reduce risk, improve system implementation cycles, and provide for smoother upgrades and simpler maintenance. Validation through this initiative applies a rigorous technical process to review the integrations of third-party software to Oracle Applications products, including productized repeatable integrations from system integrators. Oracle provides access to Oracle Applications software, tools, technical resources and training to assist partners in developing integrations based on Oracle standards and best practices. Partners who have successfully validated their integrations are authorized to use the "Oracle Validated Integration" logo.
